clean room helpful staff few electrical sockets loud air conditioning
The rooms were very comfy and tidy. Staff members were very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and a variety of restaurants along the beach are nearby (it was very convenient).
I noticed few electrical sockets in the room. It meant that I had to unplug the lamp to plug in a device. I found the air conditioning to be very old and loud.

the room was clean. that's pretty much it.
i booked a sea turtle suite, and it smelled terrible on the balcony. i think someone took the safe. talk about a bad souvenir!!!

excessive noise constant light
the breakfast was rather disappointing. the room itself had issues i found problematic. the air conditioning unit made Excessive Noise during the night making it hard to sleep and the bathroom light could not be turned off Allowing light to seep into the room at all hours. i expect far better from an hotel such as this

beach proximity good location comfortable extras poor upkeep dirty walls moldy pillows
The hotel location is near the beach across the road. Many cafes and restaurants are also close. The room has extras for making the stay comfortable. The staff are nice and attended to requests.
The room needed some general maintenance done. I saw dirty walls. Pillows smelt moldy to me. For the price, the quality was not so good.

great location food options hotel transportation
everything is fantastic about this place! the location is close to the beach, shops, and great food. they offer very cheap and affordable options! we booked an excursion to phi phi island, it was so beyond belief fantastic! they picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.
the 7/11 is a bit of a walk away, though a mini mart is conveniently right next door to the hotel.

The hotel has three swimming pools surrounded by green space. also, there's a kids' playground with a pool, ideal for children aged one to nine. airport transfers are reliable and punctual. It cost 300 baht for two people.

The hotel offers a welcome drink upon arrival. This gesture is nice. many restaurants are available near the beach, providing affordable food. breakfast had some dishes and equipment that were not in great condition.

The sea turtle beautiful room was huge and super clean, including the bathroom. rooms feature balconies, comfortable beds, and shower gel and shampoo are available. i found twin rooms spacious and comfortable. This was definitely adequate.
